Problem: When the printer's status states "OFFLINE" inside user's PC, user could not print to printer.
Troubleshooting: Try the following actions:-
- Try add another copy of the same printer inside user's PC
- Try cancel all previous print jobs from user's PC
- Try cancel all print jobs from the printer's control panel.
- Try restart the printer & the HP Jetdirect (incl re-fastened the network cable on the jetdirect).
